Terms and Conditions for Swifttopng
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Swifttopng, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2.2 Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use this platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
2.3 Service Usage & Accuracy
- Swifttopng acts as an aggregator/service provider.
- User Error: You are solely responsible for entering the correct phone number, meter number, or decoder IUC number. Swifttopng is not liable for successful transactions made to incorrect details provided by the user.
2.4 Payments, Failures, and Refunds
- Finality: All successful transactions are final and non-refundable.
- Failed Transactions: If your account is debited but the service is not delivered due to a system error:
- Our system will automatically attempt to reverse or re-process the transaction within 24 hours.
- If the issue persists, we will initiate an investigation with our payment gateways (Flutterwave/Paystack) or our API partners (VTU.NG).
- Refunds or manual credits will only be issued once the service provider confirms a "Failed" status and the funds are recovered.
2.5 Prohibited Use & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
In line with financial regulations, fraudulent activity, money laundering, and the use of the platform for unauthorized commercial gain are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to:
- Place a PND (Post-No-Debit) on accounts suspected of fraudulent inflows.
- Report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." Swifttopng is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party utility companies, network providers, or power outages.
